The roof of the house has been turned into a rooftop deck with a built-in outdoor kitchen with bbq, a lounge area and an dining area. The bedroom features a vaulted ceiling making it bright and airy, while a balcony, which almost spans the entire front of the house, provides views of the outdoor lounge and street below. Once you are 100% satisfied with the design, we generate the construction documents (i.e. - blueprints). This is where we add all the construction details and building code requirements and create a set of construction documents which will be used to build you new ADU.
