The client needed a restaurant logo for LA street style inspired hot dogs. He'd like to have a bulldog with a spiked collar holding a street dog. The clients audience is mainly masculine and in need of a strong mark that elevates the brand in a sophisticated toughness. The clean lines and symetry in the design really provide a powerful impact, particularly in my choice of colors for this brand, which ultimately led to this being chosen the winner. I would like to incorporate a picture of the Marine Corps bulldog and the name of the bourbon "Devil Dog Grog" in the design. Bulldog also offers it's own retail apparel lines available in the showroom and on-line.
